In this first post, I would like to share with you how Think White came into my life.
I practice yoga for ten years now and yoga for me is not only about a really good training, it is my way of living. My way of how to think in order to enjoy life and be happy.
As I am sure you already know, this is not an easy job! Whoever you are, whether that is someone who never practiced yoga before or even a dedicated yogini, accomplishing the famous well-being in our daily life is extremely hard and sometimes unrealistic.
We need a break. A fresh start. New inspiration. This is what Think White is all about. Think White is a community of people who love life and want to learn ways of helping their body and mind relax and rejuvenate.
My dream is to share all my knowledge and experience with anyone who wants to find their better self through practice.
Because when you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.
